Modified Panasonic DMC-GF1 firmware for 1920×1280 video

Here’s a modified version of the GF1 firmware that allows for full 1080p HD video recording. To update your camera’s firmware, download the file, copy it to the root directory of your SDHC card (after having formatted the card), turn on the camera with the card inserted, and press the play button.

    What about giving us the place where this hacked firmware was first published ?
    I’d like to know where it come from, and how much confident shoudl i be with this firmware.
    I mean: what if it break my camera ?
